  • 1. How does the ordering process go?
    By choosing the product group in our web shop, you will see the details of the offered products in pictures. To choose your required product, click the relevant tab in the navigation bar, then add the product, your exact preferences and the required quantity to your cart. The button "Your cart" will forward you to your cart where you can check your order and change it if necessary. By clicking the button "Checkout", you will be asked to insert your personal information and to choose a way of payment. You may order as a guest, open a customer account or login into your existing account. By using the button "Purchase/Buy" you place a binding order. After sending the form, you will get a confirmation about the reception of your order. This is not yet the order confirmation, as the contract will be closed only after Misssharz Sassy Trends accepts your request. You will receive the order confirmation at the latest together with the delivery.
  • 2. How can I pay for my order?
    In our online shop you can pay by Instant bank transfer, Credit card or PayPal. Read our Terms of Service for more information
  • 3. Which parcel service is used for the shipments?
    The shipment of our shop range is conducted by DHL,Hermes or DPD. After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code from one of the parcel services so you can track the shipment online. Read more information on our Shipping policy
  • 4. What are the shipment costs?
    We offer Free shipping Worldwide on orders 50€ and above. 3€ for national orders and 7€ for international orders. Read our Payment & Shipping policy for more information

  • 6. Is it possible to deliver my package to a pack station or post branch?
    Yes, this is possible by using DHL services. The alternative delivery address has to be inserted to your order, please fill in "pack station" or "post branch" instead of your street and the number of the pack station or post branch instead of your house number. In form field "address 2" please fill in your 8-digit post number.
  • 7. What can I do, if I do not find the needed product in your shop?"
    If you do not find the needed product in our shop, please send an email at info@misssharz.com or send us a WhatsApp message on +49 177 544 37 81 with detailed information about the searched item. We will contact you as soon as possible.
  • 8. Do you have a physical shop where one can try out your wigs?
    No, our shop is purely an online shop.
  • 9. What should I do incase I don't like the product I ordered? Can I return them?
    You have the right of withdrawal. Read our cancellation & withdrawal policy for more information
  • 10. How long should I wait for my order?
    Ready to ship orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after order placement and should be delivered within 5 -10 business days depending on the destination. However, please be informed that while some length are ready to ship, others might require at least 7 business days after order placement to be dispatched. We will let you know via email as soon we've dispatched your order.
